The Bell House is an adaptive reuse of an existing 1920’s era industrial building with 85-foot clear spans for a new music performance space and bar. The project also includes a second bar with a separate entrance designed to operate independently of the performance venue. A unique feature of the building is the existing roof structure which consists of a series of arched wood trusses. These were exposed to become a major design element in the open performance space.
